Pack Your Items

Carefully place your unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
